Deal Structure
We are looking for a $1.5m capital raise in this round in exchange for 30% equity (ordinary shares) in Arianna Ventures
- This is at a valuation of AUD$5,000,000
- Our valuation is based on a combination of forecast earnings and $1.4m EBIT over the last 2 years
- Business is able to offer dividend and returns from Year 1 – The ROI from year one will be 10% to 15%
