Brighton Mining Group Ltd (‘BTN’ or ‘Company’) is advancing exploration at its Antrong Gold Project, an Intrusive Related Gold System (IRGS) mineralisation style project in a well-known area of gold mineralisation in Cambodia.
BTN’s concessions within the Antrong Project are located~9 kilometres N-NE of Renaissance Minerals’ (ASX:RNS) Okvau Project, which has announced JORC-compliant resource of 12.6Mt @ 1.8 g/t Gold (Au) containing 729,000oz of Au. BTN consider that the mineralisation at the Antrong Project is similar to that at Okvau. This mineralisation occurs in veins associated within the margins of the granodiorite intrusions and alteration zone.
