2019 has been an amazing year for AirGo Design. In March, we won the innovation award by Airbus at JEC in Paris, the world’s largest composite technology event. By the end of summer, after filing a US patent, we unveiled Galaxy, a new seating arrangement for business class that offers the highest passenger density in the market yet. To date, Galaxy has been featured by the global media in over 14 languages, including an exclusive CNN article:

Earlier this year, the seat we had developed together with Khimaira Oy, Europe’s largest bus seat manufacturer based in Finland, received the HSC certificate, making it available for ferries and other marine transport. AirGo also signed an MOU to supply state-of-the-art lightweight products to Indian National Railway for the upcoming high-speed network.

After more than one year of negotiations with the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), we have now finally received the green light to introduce our innovative composite technology into commercial aircraft. Introducing new technologies into aviation is a rare occasion and we are proud of our team for achieving this historic feat.

We are also grateful for the latest addition to the growing AirGo family, Michael Roche, our VP Technology. Having worked at companies like BAE Systems and on projects such as Eurofighter Typhoon, Mr. Roche brings over 30 years of invaluable experience.

In terms of fundraising, AirGo’s share price has increased by more than 13% in a matter of a few months, from Q3 to Q4 2019. Our latest investors include a consortium of family offices from Germany as well as a distinguished industrial figure, Mr. Derek Sharples who was formerly the CEO of Airbus Helicopter in Asia.

In 2020, we look forward to working with our new customers including Toyota-Boshoku to bring our revolutionary composite technology to the automotive sector. Interested investors who want to contribute to AirGo’s growth and a more sustainable future are welcome to contact me directly at
