Briars Funds Management Pty Limited announces agreement on $20m Wholesale Funding line, with the initial $5m tranche to be released in August 2020.
This will enable Briars to grow their signature product nationally & help established homeowners release equity in their homes.
About Briars Private Mortgage Fund
The Briars Private Mortgage Fund was established to provide investors with above average, stable returns by investing in a pool of 1st and 2nd mortgages secured against established metropolitan residential real estate and personal guarantees.
Benefits of the Fund:
- 8.5% return pa paid monthly net of all fees;
- An income-focused actively managed Mortgage Fund
- No construction funding
- Capital City focus
- Available to Wholesale Investors
As at the 30th June 2020, the Fund’s weighted average LVR was 73.94%.
