  • Executive Summary

    Executive Summary

Parkway Minerals NL is focused on developing fertiliser feedstock projects in areas of good infrastructure and low sovereign risk to supply the expected growth in fertiliser demand fed by the increased demands for high-quality food for a growing world.

    Projects are:

    • A salt lake brine project, developing a sulphate of potash product from the Lake Barlee salt lake north of Southern Cross, in Western Australia. This is early stage with first drilling planned for early 2018.
    • A very large deposit of glauconite, rich in potash, and phosphate. Based in the Dandaragan Trough Basin very close to Perth in Western Australia. The flagship is the Dinner Hill project which has a large resource of phosphate and glauconite. Scoping Studies for phosphate and potash production indicate positive returns and a +40 year minelife
    • 19 M shares (+25%) of Davenport Resources (ASX: DAV), focused on potash development in central Germany. Recently purchased substantial resources previously planned for mining.

Completion of JV agreement for completion of FS on Dinner Hill would be a milestone event and cause a rerating of the project, from exploration to development. When BFS completed project funding would be available from regional fertiliser traders/marketers.

For DAV establishment of a JORC resource should give a rerating,.

As projects move from exploration through development to construction and operation the investor profile changes from high risk/reward tolerance to lower risk/reward. That is the opportunity for existing shareholders to exit their holdings.
