DomaCom Limited (ASX: DCL) is pleased to advise that Philip Chard ACA has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer.

Ross Laidlaw who is an Executive Director of DomaCom and has held the dual roles of COO and CFO, will relinquish the role of CFO.
