  • Focusing on converting leads into calls and eventually presentations.
  • You will be responsible for discovering and attracting innovative, high growth, and emerging companies.
  • You will be responsible for building your networks within the startup and innovation ecosystem for meeting the latest companies.
  • Your ability to learn the capital raising, startup, venture, and corporate finance will provide you with a strong platform for success

Product Manager – Australia

ABOUT THE ROLE

The successful candidates will drive our product direction. This will include design, roadmap management, QA testing, communications with developers and implementation. To ensure the ongoing success of CRIISP you will gather customer feedback, produce a range of product and usage metrics and provide assistance with product support. Over time as part of your product management process and structure, you will build great relationships with developers for progress updates, take minutes from the meetings and manage the product lifecycle roadmap.

ALL ABOUT YOU

  • Two or more (2+) years of technical and people leadership as a manager
  • Interest in building a high-performing and collaborative team that grows with the business, where everyone is able to share their best ideas and be their best selves
  • Previous experience as a Software Engineer ideal – in tune with software engineering fundamentals
  • A healthy balance of strong technical and people leadership skills
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work with a diverse range of individuals
  • Experience making engineering tradeoffs, evaluating potential third party systems to partner with, and managing and working with vendors to meet our business needs
  • Strong customer focus to understand the use cases and requirements of users
  • Worked with internal stakeholders and identify opportunities to empower them to do their best work

  • Develop new business relationships in the ecosystem for WI Capital’s business verticals
  • Business will be developed through targeted, effective personal execution
  • Generate leads through WI’s ecosystem and externally such as your LinkedIn network and other such avenues

  • Setting up appointments with the leads (phone calls)

  • Assist in marketing, investor interaction and bringing on board investors for Secondary Sales and Investor Led Syndicates
