Following the completion of Future Generation Global Investment Company’s (ASX: FGG) Share Purchase Plan (SPP) and Placement, the company has recommenced trading.
The Share Purchase Plan (SPP) and Placement, raised a combined $122.8 million, driven by strong demand from existing investors.
The SPP offered existing shareholders the opportunity to acquire up to $15,000 worth of ordinary shares in FGG at the fixed price of $1.34, without incurring any brokerage or other fees.
Chairman, Belinda Hutchinson AM, said: “The company’s first SPP received strong participation from existing shareholders. Together, 2,727 shareholders invested a further $30.8 million in the company.”
The company are delighted to have reached such a high figure as it will increase FGG’s annual investment in charities focused on youth mental health by approximately $1.2 million to an annualised rate of approximately $5.2 million.
