Hatcher+ and Wholesale Investor invest in Startmate

The H&WI ANZ Fund, a joint venture between Singapore-based venturetech company Hatcher+, and Australia’s leading capital raising platform, Wholesale Investor, announced today that it has completed its first investment in Startmate, a leading Australian accelerator. 

Sydney, May 18^th, 2022 – The H&WI ANZ Fund, an early-stage venture fund that invests in pre-seed companies in partnership with leading accelerator programs, is pleased to announce it has completed its first investment into Startmate, a leading accelerator program.

Over the past decade, Startmate, backed by Blackbird and other leading VCs, has grown to become the stand-out program for Australian and New Zealand startups. With a 10-year track record of discovering, guiding and facilitating some of Australia’s most exciting startups. Startmate has invested in 170+ startups, with a collective portfolio value of $2 billion.
