Indoor Skydive Australia Group raises $1.2M with a further $3M committed towards their IPO

Indoor Skydive Australia Group (ISAG), developers of Australia’s first State of the Art Indoor Skydiving Facility, to be built at the redeveloped Penrith Leagues Club in NSW, has completed its pre-IPO capital raising of $1.2 million with a further $3 million already committed at IPO.

The capital raising puts Indoor Skydive on target for an IPO before the end of the year. Leading Brisbane-based entrepreneur and Co-founder of PIPE Networks, Steve Baxter has made a strategic investment in the company.
