Intermin began its $4m self-funded drilling program in February 2018. The drilling program focuses on finding discoveries and resource extensions at the Teal, Anthill and Blister Dam gold projects.
The Teal project will conclude in June 2018 with results being analysed this month. Additional results are expected to be released in September quarter 2018. Additional drilling was complete at the Teal West area, 250m west of the Teal mine. New mineralisation was discovered in April 2018 at this site. The Jacques Find drilling began during 2016 and 2017. Jacques Find extends over 800m and links with Yolande mineralisation. This year’s program has focused on extending mineralisation another 400m north and is currently 90% completed. Further results are expected in both the June and September Quarters.
Drilling at Binduli and Anthill gold mines are planned to commence in June with results expected in the September Quarter 2018 to grow Interims resources and add to their profile. Intermin will commence a large-scale RC and diamond program in December quarter 2018 following the successful results to date, and the lodes discovered forming in the Jacques Find area.
