Latin Commences OTCQX Trading in the USA

Latin Resources Limited (“Latin” or “the Company”) (ASX: LRS OTCQX: LNRDY) is pleased to announce that it is now quoted on the OTCQX platform of the US OTC Marketplace under the ticket LNRDY, and has established an American Depository receipt (“ADR”) Program, with The Bank of the New York Mellon (BNYM) appointed as the Depository Bank to establish the ADR facility and act as its authorized US representative and Depository Bank.
Latin has appointed INTL Trading Inc, a division of fortune 500 Comoany INTL FCStone Inc, as its market maker in relation to ADRs, INTL Trading Inc makes markets in over 1,500 unlisted ADR’s and foreign ordinary shares that trade in the OTC markets, INTL Trading Inc. is one of the largest US market makers in OTC foreign equities its leading service includes Price Clarity in the form of secure, web-delivered, real-time pricing, and Price Confidence available via regularly issued execution quality reports.
