ListGlobally and WorldPosting Merge forming Largest Global Syndication Network

Classified Ad Ventures, the owner of ListGlobally, and Previsite, the owner of WorldPosting, are pleased to announce the merger of these two businesses. The new entity, known as ListGlobally, will provide real estate agents, brokers and developers around the world with access to the largest international listing syndication network.

International listing syndication is the marketing of an agent’s, broker’s, or developer’s listings in markets outside of their home country.  This provides low cost access to an unparalleled global audience while helping win new business by having a differentiator in listing presentations.

With the merger, ListGlobally now syndicates to over 50 property portals covering all major markets. Each month 40 million people visit these portals and it is expected that this network will increase to over 100 portals during the next 18 months.

ListGlobally partners with software companies and property portals to resell the ListGlobally network to their customers – the agents, brokers, and developers.  Resellers can put their own brand on a ListGlobally subscription, offer a better service compared with other portals in their market, and can generate additional revenue streams.

Simon Baker has been appointed Chairman of ListGlobally.  Simon is the former CEO and Managing Director of the REA Group in Australia and the former Chairman of the iProperty Group in Asia.

Eric Calosci, the CEO of Previsite, will sit on the Board of ListGlobally and work closely with the CEO on European sales and marketing initiatives.  He brings a wealth of experience and relationships to the new company.

Chris Vulovic has been appointed President and CEO of ListGlobally.  Chris is the former CIO of the REA Group and has been President and CEO of Classified Ad Ventures for the past 2 years.  Chris brings 12 years of online property portal experience to the business.
