Living Joy Completes 4 Projects, Acquires 2 Development Sites With 2 More in Negotiations

It’s been a busy and productive year at Living Joy.

In October last year, we moved in to our new office building, which looks (and feels) amazing after an eco-renovation and facelift. We bought it for a steal at auction, and it has been great being closer to our team and networks of property development professionals throughout Newcastle.

We joined the Wholesale Investor community, and expanded our team with a specialist funding advisor.

We completed 4 projects, including a triplex, a subdivision and two renovations. We acquired two development sites and are in negotiations for two further sites, with more acquisition opportunities on the horizon. In addition, we opened our pilot sustainable plant-based café, Pickled & Pressed, with the idea that it becomes an addition to the commercial spaces in our mixed-use developments. This has provided a great cross-promotion opportunity for Living Joy in the Newcastle Herald and Hunter Headline, complementing our feature in Your Investment Property magazine. We have also been invited to present, both nationally and internationally, on ethical wealth creation through sustainable property development.

In the new financial year, we’re looking to double our capacity and take on another 4-6 quality development projects, giving you, the wholesale investors, a chance to be part of ethical, sustainable developments and an amazing story.

Here are some of the articles in the media about what we’ve been doing:
