Mobotech Plans to Secure First Customer Sales Together with Its Strategic Partner Magline

Mobotech and Magline have made good progress working towards a strategic partnership in the USA.  Firstly, they have agreed to undertake a 6 month joint pre-sales marketing campaign in the US. Then to enter into a manufacturing, supply and distribution agreement.

The intent of the pre-sales marketing plan campaign is to introduce the Mobot as a credible, cost-saving product to the Material Handling Industry in order to secure the first customer(s) sales. In outline:

  • Ship 3 Mobots, with a range of attachments to Magline in Michigan next month.
  • Conduct induction training with key Magline sales, marketing and engineering staff.
  • Undertake marketing campaign to target customers.
  • Launch the Mobot at an Industry Expo in Chicago in April.
  • Support demo’s/field trials with potential customers.
  • Establish sales, manufacturing, supply and distribution plans
  • Marketing campaign costs to be equally shared between Mobotech and Magline.

Unfortunately, Mobotech has been unable to raise capital to support their part in this campaign.

Therefore, Steve Haythorne, Founder & CEO of Mobotech, has made a proposal to the Board to inject the necessary capital from his personal funds to enable Mobotech to undertake this joint venture. Details and an opportunity to join in this raise will be presented shortly.
