Mobotech’s Potential Strategic US Partner Magline

Mobotech has  been waiting to give you the latest news on discussions with a potential strategic US partner, Magline.

Magline, Inc. www.magliner.com is a mid-West based family-owned business and the leading supplier of light weigh material handling equipment (MHE) in the US. Foundered in 1947, the Company is professionally managed and is focused on growing through a number of strategic initiatives, inclusive of acquisitions and/or strategic business partnerships.

Mobotech introduced the Mobot to Magline as a means for them to differentiate with a sophisticated and new product offering to an otherwise mature and saturated market. They are optimistic that the Mobot has viable commercial appeal in the US and that they have the capabilities which Mobotech needs to exploit the US Market.

In particular they provide Mobotech with immediate:

  • US “credibility” via the Magliner brand and/or co-branding with Mobotech
  • Dedicated sales resources to support early trials with their current Tier 2 customers.
  • Magline network of Preferred Route Services field technicians to support product
  • Marketing services to build US awareness (print, web, social media, etc.)

And longer term options to:

  • Manufacturability in the US
  • Support of future Mobotech product road map (engineering, prototyping, etc.)
  • Access to current Magline Tier 1 customers, which include Bimbo’s, Coca Cola & Anheuser-Bush.
  • Global distribution capabilities via Magline dealers, national industrial distributors and E-Commerce partners
  • Further investment to support growth.

Mobotech will send updates on progress next month and outline its funding requirement to deploy and engage with Magline.
