My Property Solutions Sydney is proud to advise the opening of the Company’s new Head Office at 55 Sydney Road on Monday the first of February 2021.
Our new HQ has been specifically designed to cater for the innovations and needs anticipated in the growth of the business in the coming years. With reference to the area of technological improvement and accommodating that need in a pleasant environment that benefits staff development, training and compliance requirements.
In line with our corporate model, our new HQ will also be an integral part of the development of the next phase in our services to clients by creating a modern base to expand services into the future. With the security of knowing our accommodation costs are fixed for the next decade.
About ME 1 Pty Ltd t/a My Property Solutions Sydney
MPSS Investors receive regular interest payments from an established company with over a decade of rent collections from the Sydney rental market. The company has been restructured over the last 2 years into the MPSS business model to facilitate scale based growth while retaining the existing income stream to cover business expenses.
MPSS is seeking investor capital to grow by the acquisition (adding scale) and integration of additional rent collection businesses into the company’s existing systems. Growing income & value while lowering the percentage of fixed costs for MPSS.
The MPSS acquisitions team have tested all systems by successfully integrating two rent collection businesses into MPSS in the last 10 months.
Investor capital will only be used to acquire new residential rent collection income as all fixed costs are covered by the existing income stream.
