Switch Energy Global Secures First Pilot Order

Investment Announcement
The Board of Switch Energy Global is pleased to announce that the Company has secured a pilot order for a 5000 smart meter total end to end turnkey solution in Eastern Europe.
The first SEG / Multic Energy (Poland) turnkey smart meter pilot solution project will be totally managed by our team of engineers and will run over a 12 month period with the total value of the project estimated at €5M.
Upon completion of the pilot, future projects are expected to have meter rollouts of 500,000 meters and cost in the order of €200 Million Euro will be provided as a managed service over a 10 year period funded by the capital raised by Monterio.
