Qove Capital Golf Heights Gosford Ltd is a residential development project in Gosford City, with fixed return of up to 30% over the life of the project. The fund is currently raising $3.2m in redeemable preference shares.
Qove Capital Golf Heights Gosford has already raised $1.5m (which is $1m over minimum subscription) and making a final call to potential investors to this investment opportunity that closes tomorrow the 23rd June 2016.
